This six week introductory program gently guides you through the foundational principles of yoga, movement and mindfulness at a pace that honours your individual journey. Each session builds upon the last, exploring breath, alignment and mindful movement in a warm and supportive environment. Whether new to yoga or returning to your practice, this program offers a meaningful pathway to understanding how yoga can support your physical and mental wellbeing.

This is a 5 class pack. Includes all yoga styles such as a Slow Vinyasa, Gentle Strength and Quiet Yin.
Enjoy the freedom of wanting to drop in when you want, then class by class is for you. Choose fomr any one or our yoga classes to suits your body and mind.
You are committed and know what you want, you enjoy the benefits of a regular yoga practice with up to 2 classes for $39 per week or $49 per week for unlimited classes, to nourish your body and mind. *Pause membership with ease with 1 months notice.

Yes! Yoga is not about touching your toes or looking a certain way,it's about connecting with your body and breath in a way that works for you. We welcome all ages, all abilities, and all body types. Come as you are.

classes are 60 minutes and take you from a warm up, through to practice and a wind down.
